Fed leaves rates unchanged
| A reduction of rates would have done very little for companies that are seeking fresh means of financing, Fed has taken a courageous approach and sends a possible signal for imminent solutions at Aig's.. We feel this coluld be a meaningful test for a reversal of recent market turbulence. |
