Samsung and American protectionism

Samsung has been fined Usd 300 million in the States for fixing prices in the computer chip market. While the company admitted its role in the event, it was not the only institution active in the mispractice. Given that the court took the right decision in persecuting this illegal practice, it is a bit surprising that no American company was considered coresponsible for the event.
