Government efforts to curb credit are virtually impotent in China as money managent institutiions redirect savers money to investments that promise high yields but are at high risk of not paying back principal. China is likely to go thorugh a Lehman like scenario, with millions of small investors at high risk of seeing all of their savings evaporating.
